Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website, the BlackOutFX VIP Trading App at app.blackoutfx.net (the “app”) or the BlackOutFX bot on Telegram. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. “We” and “us” mean BlackOutFX. “You” means the visitor or member.

The app gives members trading education and tools: live trade signals and their history, a risk calculator and growth simulator, a private trading journal, the Academy, an economic calendar and a members' chat. The BlackOutFX bot on Telegram takes plan purchases and, if you connect it, sends you signal alerts. Everything we share is general and for education. It is written for all members, not for you personally.

We do not:

• give personal investment, financial, legal or tax advice
• manage, access or trade any account or money on your behalf
• run copy trading or place trades for members
• hold or handle client funds

A signal is an example of how we read the market, not an instruction to trade. You decide whether to trade, how much to risk and when to exit, and you carry the result. The risk calculator and the simulator do arithmetic on the numbers you enter; they don't predict results. Trading leveraged products can lose you all of the capital you trade with. Read the Risk Disclosure before you act on anything we share.

You must be at least 18 and allowed to trade the products discussed where you live.

You need an account to use the app. Give a real email address you can read, keep your password to yourself and turn on two-factor authentication if you can. An account is for one person: don't share it or let anyone else sign in with it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Choose a plan on this website. Its button opens the BlackOutFX bot on Telegram, which takes you through the purchase. Plans are paid in cryptocurrency to the wallet address the bot shows. Check the amount, coin and network before you send: crypto transfers can't be reversed, and network fees are yours. Once the payment is confirmed, your account has VIP access for the period of the plan.

A membership covers the period you paid for and does not renew by itself. We email you before it ends. To stay a member, buy a new plan. You can stop at any time simply by not renewing; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Signals, lessons, analysis, charts and messages in the app are ours and are for your own use while you are a member. You may not:

• share, forward or post them outside the app, including screenshots
• resell them, or sell or share access to the app or your account
• copy them into another group, channel, course or product
• scrape, copy in bulk or automate access to the app

If you break these rules, we can suspend or close your account without a refund.

Your journal entries and screenshots are yours, and only you can see them in the app. Messages and images you post in the members' chat are seen by other members; you keep ownership and let us show them there. Be respectful, post nothing unlawful, and don't advertise, spam or share other people's personal data. Moderators can remove messages and mute or ban accounts that break the chat rules.

The BlackOutFX bot runs on Telegram, which is operated by a separate company under its own terms and privacy policy. You need a Telegram account to buy a plan and to get alerts as direct messages. We don't control Telegram and aren't responsible for its availability, outages, account restrictions or how it handles your data.

We work to keep the app running and alerts on time, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. It can be down for maintenance, and alerts depend on your browser, your device and Telegram. Always check a signal in the app before you act on it.

This site and the app may link to websites, brokers, tools or platforms we don't run. A link isn't an endorsement. We aren't responsible for their content, services or terms, and you use them at your own risk.

We share our content and provide the app “as is”. We work to keep it accurate, but markets move fast and we can be wrong. We don't promise any result, profit or level of performance, and we aren't liable for trading losses or for decisions you make based on our content. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as the law allows.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for members, we also announce it in the app or by email.
