Membership
What's included?
Full access to the VIP Trading App: live signals, instant alerts, the signal history, the risk calculator and growth simulator, your private trading journal, every Academy module, the economic calendar and the VIP community chat.
How do I join?
Create your account in the app, then choose a plan in the pricing section. Its button opens the BlackOutFX bot on Telegram, which takes you through the purchase. Your VIP access then covers the period you chose.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Every plan unlocks the whole app; only the billing period changes. The two-year Blackout plan also includes 1:1 mentorship.
How do I cancel?
Message the BlackOutFX bot on Telegram or email support at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
The VIP Trading App
How do I get notified of new signals?
While the app is open, every new signal shows a pop-up with a chime. Connect your Telegram account on the account page and the BlackOutFX bot also sends you new signals and their results as direct messages. You choose which ones.
Do I need Telegram to use the app?
Only to buy a plan and to get alerts as direct messages. Everything else, signals included, works in the app in your browser.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The app runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop, and you can add it to your home screen. Nothing to install from an app store.
Is my trading journal private?
Yes. Your journal entries, screenshots and Academy progress belong to your account only. Other members and the team don't see them in the app.
How do I keep my account secure?
Use a strong password and turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app on the account page. You can also see your active sessions and sign out of the others.
Signals & risk
What does a signal include?
The asset, direction, entry, stop loss and up to three take-profit targets, often with a chart analysis. Its status updates in the app as the trade plays out.
How is the win rate calculated?
From every closed signal in the app's history: wins divided by wins plus losses. A take-profit hit or a manual close in profit is a win; a stop loss or a manual close at a loss is a loss. Breakeven and cancelled signals don't count either way.
How much should I risk per trade?
That is your decision. Most traders risk a small, fixed percentage of their account per trade, and the risk calculator gives you the lot size for it from your stop loss.
